I am a general hater of bras and I have been like this since teenage. I think all the science and studies and cultures around bra are made to feel women uncomfortable in their own bodies and to control women from having agency.
And then th8s article that I read back in 2021 had all the feels.
Recently I had a serious discussion with some female friends on the topic and my mind went back to this article.
So sharing here...read and tell me what you think.

5 Ingridients I am diligently having for the winters to stay healthy and keep cold, cough, fever at bay.
I use these every winter to keep my family healthy and to boost their immunity naturally. And touchwood, they work. So sharing with you all.
1. Amla
2. Ragi
3. Raw haldi
4. Meethi/Spinach/ Sarso leaves aka sang
5. Oranges/ Kinoo
Include these and trust me you won't need any medicine, supplement etc.
I use these every winter to keep my family healthy and to boost their immunity naturally. And touchwood, they work. So sharing with you all.

Indian Gooseberry/ Amla is one 💣 fruit.
It's available in almost all parts of the country and is great for almost every organ!
I will leave the nutritional value details for Pratiksha Singh to cover, as she does that best.
I want to tell you some easy ways to incorporate it in your daily meals. Yes I have tried all of these.
1. Use as a chutney- have it with your Parathas, rice, Pakoda, roti, Dosa, anything.
2. Make Murrabba with jaggery- it's not that difficult, I have tried. Plus the liquid that is left out is a great immunity booster syrup. Great for kids too.
3. Add to your juices. Carrots, Beet, Pomegranate, Sweet lime etc.
4. Immunity shots/detox shots- my husband and I take this once every other week during winters. Take few gooseberries+ raw turmeric+ ginger + one orange, grind together. Strain and drink as fast as you can!
5. Achar- my mom makes amla achar in just 3 days. And we finish it up in 3 days 😅 that said Amley ka achar (pickle) gets ready very fast and is healthy. Will last you in non-amla season.
6. This is a trade secret but I am sharing with my cysters here, because good things should be shared.
So, amla is one of the ingredients I use in my hair oil for my own brand.
You can make it too at home by cooking amla in your favourite hair oil until it is completely dry. This oil, Rich in vit C is great for hair.
It's available in almost all parts of the country and is great for almost every organ!

Went for evening walk, not my best but something...
I realised morning walks are >>>>>
I have more energy, more time and it's easier ti keep going.

Tried my best to make an unhealthy food somewhat healthy. Maggie with carrot, capscicum, beans and spring onion. Soy suace, seasame oil, seeds and chilli Garlic for the sauce.
As a mom, it's become a habit to load instant noodles with veggies. And thankfully, my son loves it this way too.
Instead of ordering in my lunch on a super busy day, I manged to cook at home for my son and myself. I take this as a win!
