Day 1 of trying different morning drink

1 beetroot
1 apple
5-6 curry leaves
1/2 lemmon
Rock salt as per your taste
Water as required

Blend everything and don't strain your juice as you can't get the most important part the fiber then. You can add water if you find the consistency thick.

It tastes really good. It is the perfect option for getting your fibers, antioxidants and all other vitamins and minerals. This juice in particular really helps me with reducing inflammation and acne.
