Actually I comes under pre diabetic and my periods are irregular due to pcos , pls guide me for this

My breast size has suddenly reduced significantly, even i dont get much of vaginal discharge. This could be because of low estrogens, i guess but is there any way to balance this without meds?

Your weight is pretty good for the height. Maybe we can aim at keeping at 60Kg. You need to focus more on your stress levels than the diet at this point.
